Refund and Returns Policy
Return/Refund/Replacement/Cancellation Policy-
- Once a Product is bought from our site, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- If you have received a damaged product from our side, it will be our responsibility to replace it for you completely free of charge. The company should be informed by your side within 24 hours about the damaged product so that we can initiate a replacement from our side.
- The product which is to be exchanged should be unwashed and unused for hygiene purposes. It must be contained in the original packaging provided by the company along with the tag. If either of these things (packaging or tag) is missing, then the product will be ineligible for replacement.
- In case there is an order cancellation, it must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the shipment. Once a product is shipped, it is not possible to cancel it from our website.
