Q1 – How much time does it take to get our product delivered?

We ship the orders within 24 hours and the product will be delivered in 3-5 business days. For any further query, contact the delivery partner and provide them your AWB/ Delivery Id.

Q2 – Are these bags washable

No, these bags are not washable. To clean them take a wet cloth and wipe them. For deep cleaning, send them to your nearest dry cleaner.

Q3 – Is my order refundable?

No. Once an order is placed it can be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering it. Once it is shipped, you cannot cancel it. If an order is delivered it is non-refundable and non-returnable. In case you have received a damaged product, the company will exchange the product for you. Please refer to the Return and Refund Policy before initiating an exchange.

Q4 – Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?

No, We only accept online payments currently.

Q5 – Are there any shipping/delivery charges?

Delivery is free of charge for all of our customers, all across India. We only ship products in India only.

Q6 – What are the payment options available?

We accept Payment in multiple ways:

• Credit Cards – All Scheduled Bank credit cards.
